I still have not received the order I have placed. It is impossible to speak to anyone at HoF customer service. You use a courier company Evri, who are just the re-named Hermes which brand failed because of their incompetence and lazy and dishonest drivers - so nothing has changed there, and they too are impossible to contact. I am £200 worse off with no item to show for it and no- one will respond to help me trace my order

Good value for money. Item arrived in double quick time.

Have not received my order . Contacted Evri and house of Fraser but still no delivery .

I have ordered a belt for £50 and ordered it for next day delivery and still haven’t received it, very disappointed, house of fraser didn’t help

Returned 2 items, despite emails back and forth, customer services claim warehouse never received the top for £41 but received the dress for £179!
So I am out of pocket and can’t do anything except I know I returned the two together.
Thoroughly annoyed about being out of pocket due to their return process, and no one to talk to!! Except emails.

I have purchased clothing items from House of Fraser for years. The service remains consistent and the prices are getting better. Quality of clothing is great and delivery always on time

Was send wrong size shoe and is very difficult to contact with customer service.

Too expensive for delivery rather use zalando

Had a problem with a delivery going missing after left in an unsafe place by courier. HOF sorted it out with little fuss and a full refund. Goods were then reordered with different delivery instructions and arrived safely. Prices are always good and usually an excellent service.

Great products and prices especially when in the sale HOWEVER as now owned by the one and only Mike Ashley have to pay carriage on most orders and even more disgusting like with Flannels , his high end designer company he owns if items are faulty and you need to return are charged carriage to return faulty items . Absolutely disgusting and also makes it hard to speak to anyone in customer service so have to do on line and go with things . So wrong ........

More details of products would be excellent.
